Leverage Mentorship

Choose your track

One programme. Three ways in.

Every member follows the same twelve modules and meets Dr. Sunday in the same Live Room. Your track sets your monthly assignment and the pod you are drafted into, so the work fits the life you actually have.

01Entrepreneur

Build the business that runs without you in every room.

Owners of businesses of roughly 2 to 50 people, anywhere in the world, who are ready for clean numbers, a team and systems that hold when they step away.

Tighten your numbers, re-price your offer, build a sales engine with partners and write the operations manual, so growth stops depending on you being in every room.

The owner is the system, the numbers live in someone's head, and growth stalls the moment you step away.

What you build

  • A priced offer, with a premium tier and a recurring option
  • A sales engine with written referral-partner agreements
  • An operations manual, starting with your first SOP
  • A team plan, a capital plan and a 13-week cash-flow forecast
  • A structure and governance blueprint for the next 3-5 years

Honest answer

I'm too busy to add a programme.

It asks for about 3-4 hours a week, built around the work you already do, and the pod call is one hour. Most of the hours go into your own business, not into homework about it.

  1. Month 1

    Engineer Your Year

Build an Owner's Scorecard alongside your personal one: weekly revenue, gross margin, cash in the bank and active customers. Then move two hours a week from working in the business to working on it.

  2. Month 2

    Money Architecture

Separate business and personal money: a business account, a fixed owner's salary paid on a set date, and tax set aside in its own account. Start a 13-week cash-flow forecast.

  3. Month 3

    Offer & Pricing

Re-price your core offer with the pricing calculator, design a premium tier and a recurring option, then cut or merge the line with the lowest margin and the most hassle.

  4. Month 6

    Systems & Automation

Start an operations manual with your first SOP, hand the first documented process to a team member or contractor, and review a weekly dashboard every Monday.

  5. Month 12

    Legacy & Leadership

Name a second line of leadership for each core process and write a succession note: who decides what if you are away for 90 days.

β€œIdea, no traction. Traction, no structure.”

02Startup Founder

Ship every week, with a pod that holds you to it.

Founders from idea to early traction, anywhere in the world, building alone or with a co-founder and ready to put customers before fundraising.

First customers before fundraising: validate demand with real conversations, sell it yourself, agree the founding-team terms early and build the story investors look for.

An idea or an early product, few paying customers, and a temptation to pitch before the proof exists.

What you build

  • Validated demand, tested in problem interviews and pre-sales
  • Founder-led sales towards your first ten paying customers
  • A founding-team or co-founder agreement, drafted with your lawyer
  • An investor-ready story and a clean cap table
  • A structure that is ready to cross borders

Honest answer

Will this get me funded?

No programme can honestly promise that. It builds the traction, the records and the story that investors and lenders look for, and it teaches you when not to raise.

  1. Month 1

    Engineer Your Year

Set a 90-day validation goal: your riskiest assumption in one sentence, the traction that would prove or disprove it and your personal runway in months.

  2. Month 3

    Offer & Pricing

Run ten problem interviews (not pitches), then ask for at least one pre-sale, paid pilot or letter of intent.

  3. Month 4

    The Sales Engine

Do founder-led sales towards your first ten paying customers: 30 sales conversations this month and a written design-partner agreement for early adopters.

  4. Month 7

    Team & Partnerships

Draft a founding-team or co-founder agreement covering roles, decision rights, vesting, intellectual property and what happens if someone leaves.

  5. Month 11

    Scale & Structure

Clean up your cap table: every shareholder, option, SAFE and note on one sheet, matching the signed documents and the official register.

03Career Professional

Grow where you are, and build what is yours.

Salaried professionals, anywhere in the world, who want a visible personal brand, a negotiated next role, a money architecture and a plan for their first asset.

Get visible, negotiate well and plan your first asset alongside the career you already have, with an optional side venture only where your employer's rules allow it.

Doing well at work but under-visible, with wealth-building postponed and a side idea never started.

What you build

  • A career strategy and a negotiation playbook
  • A visible personal brand and an authority plan
  • A money architecture that pays you first
  • A first asset plan and a Personal Investment Policy
  • A side venture or a global-move plan, if you want one

Honest answer

Is this a side-hustle scheme?

No. It is twelve months of skills, systems and a pod. Most of the work sits inside your current career, and your employer's rules always come first.

  1. Month 1

    Engineer Your Year

Build a Career and Wealth Scorecard: the next role or raise you are pursuing, one skill to master and one asset goal, checked against your employer's outside-work rules.

  2. Month 3

    Offer & Pricing

Build a career offer: your value in one sentence, market-rate research from three sources and a pitch for a raise or a new role to one decision-maker.

  3. Month 5

    Brand, Visibility & AI

Run a LinkedIn authority plan: refresh your profile, publish twelve posts or articles in your field and prepare a speaking pitch, within your employer's policies.

  4. Month 8

    Capital & Credit

Get your credit report where you live, dispute any errors and write a 12-month credit-building or mortgage-readiness plan.

  5. Month 10

    Going Global

Plan a global career move with official sources only: credential recognition, remote work versus relocating and a relocation budget, then submit one global application.

Building across two homes?

Any track works across borders. Pods are grouped by time zone, Month 10 is Going Global, and the Global Diaspora Night runs online every October. It is business and career mentorship, never immigration advice.

You choose your track during onboarding. If it stops fitting, talk to your Pod Captain about a pod move.
