There is a new intake every quarter, starting on the first Monday of January, April, July and October. Doors close the day before each intake starts, or sooner if it fills. Orientation opens the moment you enrol, and your twelve months are counted from your own intake. The next intake's dates and seats are shown live on the pricing page.

Members of the very first intake are Founding Members for life: a numbered honour ("Founding Member #0427") on their profile and certificate, in the real order of enrolment. It is never sold again after that intake, and it never adds founder time: everyone earns closer time with Dr. Sunday the same way.

Everything core is online: lessons, pod calls, the Live Room, Quarter Days, Demo Day and the Graduation Gala. You can join from anywhere and never need to travel to complete the programme. The only in-person moments are the optional Leverage Regional Summits.

Events tend to fade by Monday, and course libraries are often bought and never finished. This runs on two things that keep a plan alive past February: systems (a module, a workbook and a Monthly Proof every month) and people (a pod of about twenty, a Pod Captain who knows your goals and a weekly rhythm). You finish with twelve working assets you built yourself.

No one honest can promise that, and we don't. The programme teaches practical frameworks and holds you to a weekly rhythm, but your results depend on your effort, your market and your circumstances. What you can expect is to build the skills and assets described in the programme, not any particular income.

No. Leverage Mentorship teaches business and career skills. Where a decision needs a professional (a lawyer, an accountant, a licensed immigration adviser), the programme tells you what to ask and points you to qualified people in your country. Nothing in it asks you to buy, borrow or invest.

Plan for about 3-4 hours a week: one short lesson and its action (about 45 minutes), one workbook section (30 minutes), your 60-minute pod call and 60-90 minutes of doing the work itself. Once a month the Live Room adds 90 minutes, live or on replay.

Every live session has a replay, usually within 24 hours. Modules stay open once they unlock, late Monthly Proofs still count, and your weekly streak stays alive with any single action that week: one lesson, one pod call or one win post. Pod calls pause in rest weeks, but streaks do not.

Yes. Pods are grouped by time band (the Americas; Europe and Africa; Asia-Pacific), so your weekly call sits in your working day. The Live Room has a replay and a labelled Asia-Pacific encore, and every time on the site and in the portal shows in your own time zone.

No. The Sunday rituals are named after the founder and the weekly reset, not worship. The Sunday Reset can be done any time from Sunday to Monday morning, the Live Room starts in the afternoon (West Africa time) after morning services, and everything has a replay. The programme is faith-friendly and open to people of every faith and none.

Each core module unlocks a month after the last, counted from your intake, and the recommended pace is one lesson a week. Within that rhythm you work at your own pace, and you keep replay and workbook access for twelve months plus 90 days.

A group of about 20 members on the same track and in a similar time zone, led by a certified Pod Captain and meeting online every week for the Leverage Hour. Your pod is where commitments are made on Monday and shown on Friday.

Experienced practitioners, certified through the programme's Captain Academy: leaders developed within Pertinence, sales leaders from its network, former executives, diaspora professionals and Leverage forum alumni. Their job is to hold the time, hold the standard, hold the space and coach each member towards the next step.

The Leverage Hour runs the same way every week: ten minutes of The Stand in trios (one number, one win, one blocker), fifteen minutes on the lesson in action, two hot seats on real problems, then next week's commitments and any Proofs ready for review.

By track and time band. Pods and their captains are revealed live at Pod Draft Night on each intake's Opening Night, where each pod chooses its own name and every member gets a jersey-number card.

A friendly league between pods, scored on average implementation XP per member: lessons, workbooks, attendance and verified Proofs. Referrals never count. There are four seasons a year (the Foundation, Traction, Leverage and Legacy Cups) and a Pod of the Year. Prizes are recognition and group sessions, never cash.

Yes. The Pod Code is simple: what is said in the pod stays in the pod. Your workbooks are private apart from your captain's feedback, you can always use ranges or redact amounts, and nothing personal is shown publicly without your opt-in.

Yes. Every member joins the Live Room, 90 minutes live with Dr. Sunday Olorunsheyi every month, plus replays. Dr. Sunday also hosts Opening Night, the Quarter Day keynotes, the Demo Day final and the Graduation Gala.

By doing the work. The Founder's Roundtable (60 minutes, 30 or fewer members) unlocks with Orientation, two core modules, Level 3 and one verified milestone. The Inner Circle Session (75 minutes, 8 or fewer) needs six modules, Level 5, three verified milestones including one results milestone, an 8-week streak and four pod sessions. The Founder's Seat (30 minutes, one to one) needs ten modules, Level 7, five verified milestones including two results milestones and 80% of your workbooks.

No. Inside Leverage Mentorship, nobody can buy a closer seat. The unlock rules are the same for every member and are published in full. Founder time is never a purchase bonus, a payment-plan perk, a team perk, a referral reward or a prize.

A fully engaged member can unlock the Roundtable in Month 2, the Inner Circle around Month 6 and the Founder's Seat around Month 10. A steady member typically reaches the Roundtable around Month 3, the Inner Circle around Months 7-8 and the Founder's Seat around Month 12 or in the 90 days after. Each allowance is a maximum, not a guaranteed slot in every window.

We never promise that. The Founder's Seat is virtual by default; at an announced Leverage Regional Summit it may be held in person, only for members who have already unlocked it. Roundtables and Inner Circle Sessions may also be hosted at a Summit under the same rules.

• Leverage Regional Summits

Occasional rewards for implementation, never for paying or referring: a Roundtable credit for each member of a Pod Wars season winner, a Champions' Roundtable for the Pod of the Year, and an Inner Circle credit for Demo Day track winners and the quarterly implementation leader. Credits cover the group sessions only. The Founder's Seat is never a credit: it is unlocked by the work alone.

Optional, in-person group events in Africa, Europe, North America, Asia and the Caribbean, at least once a year in each region: a day with Dr. Sunday's keynote, track clinics, Ring the Bell for the region's verified milestones and a showcase of member stories. Keynotes are live-streamed for members who cannot travel.

Dates and cities are announced by Dr. Sunday's team and never fixed in advance. Until a Summit is announced it shows "Dates to be announced". Register your interest and you will hear first when a date and city are set.

Summits are an optional extra for members. Travel and accommodation are always at your own cost, and any ticket price is set per event and shown when registration opens. A Summit ticket is never a bonus, prize or referral reward.

No. Nothing core depends on travelling: modules, pods, the Live Room, the Founder Access Ladder and certificates are all online.

Only as an earned Founder's Seat. If you have unlocked it, you may be offered your seat in person at a Summit instead of online. It is still one seat per enrolment, and no ticket or purchase leads to it.

Each intake has its own price, shown live on the pricing page and at checkout, with every instalment total next to it. The price of the Founding intake applies to that intake only. There are no paid tiers and no upsells: one seat includes the whole programme.

Yes: pay in full, or in 3 or 6 monthly payments starting on the day you enrol. Instalment plans cost a little more in total, and every total is shown before you pay. Payments are taken automatically each month and stop after the last one.

Prices are set in US dollars. In Nigeria you can pay in naira through Paystack or Flutterwave at the day's rate. In Ghana, Kenya and South Africa you can pay in local currency through Paystack or Flutterwave where your bank supports it. The programme is online, so you can join from almost anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Checkout shows the payment routes available for your country, and an international card works in most places.

Yes. Teams save from 5 seats, and more from 20 (the live rates are shown for each intake). You buy the seats in one order, pay by card or bank transfer, and assign each seat to a colleague with a personal invite code. Every seat is a full, individual membership.

When sponsors fund seats, scholarship seats are offered through vouchers against published criteria. The Scholarships page shows what is open now. Scholars are never asked to buy, recruit or write a review.

There is a fair-use daily message limit, shown in the portal, so the mentor stays fast for everyone. It is available to every member with programme access.

Yes. The Certificate of Completion is issued automatically after your Month 12 when at least 10 of the 12 core workbooks are complete. The Certificate of Distinction follows a captain's recommendation for members who complete every workbook, verify at least 10 Monthly Proofs, keep a 26-week streak and present in the Pod Demo Round. Founding Members also receive a numbered Founding Member certificate.

No. These are programme certificates that record the work you completed. They are not an accredited qualification, a degree or a licence, and members are never described as "certified" (only Pod Captains are).

Every certificate carries a QR code and a verification code. Anyone can check it on the Verify page, which shows whether it is valid, with your name masked.

Starter, Builder, Operator, Strategist, Cornerstone, Mentor and Legacy. You climb them with XP from the work itself: lessons, workbooks, attendance and verified Proofs. They are progress labels inside the programme, never credentials, and paying or referring never earns XP.

Every member gets a personal link. When someone you introduce enrols, you earn 10% of each of their payments that settles, payable after the refund window and void if the payment is refunded. It is single-level: there are no overrides on anyone else's referrals.
