Leverage Mentorship, with Dr. Sunday Olorunsheyi (the "programme"), is provided by Canadian operating company, registered name and corporation number to be published, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"), which is the seller of record. Payments in naira and other African currencies may be collected on our behalf by Nigerian operating company, registered name and RC number to be published, Lagos, Nigeria.
These terms apply when you create an account, enrol in an intake, take part in a free event or use this website and the member portal. By enrolling you confirm that you have read them, together with the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Code of Conduct and the Earnings Disclaimer, which form part of this agreement.
The programme is a 12-month mentorship delivered online. Module 0 (Orientation) opens when you enrol. One core module unlocks each month from your intake's start date, counted as Month 1 to Month 12. It includes lessons, workbooks, tools, weekly pod calls with a Pod Captain, a monthly live masterclass with Dr. Sunday (the Live Room), Quarter Days, the Leverage AI Mentor, Monthly Proofs, digital certificates for members who meet their criteria, a virtual Demo Day and a virtual Graduation Gala.
You keep access to replays and your workbooks for 12 months from your intake's start date plus 90 days. After that you may join the Leverage Alumni community on the terms we publish at the time.
Leverage Regional Summits are optional, in-person group events. Their dates, cities, any ticket price and capacity are announced separately, travel is at your own cost, and nothing in the programme depends on attending.
We may improve the programme during your year, for example by updating lessons, changing a guest expert or moving a session time. We will not remove a core element described on the pricing page without telling you and offering a fair remedy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or enrol.
Keep your sign-in details private and the information in your profile accurate. One seat is for one person: you may not share your account, your access or programme materials with anyone else.
Each intake has its own price, which is shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. You can pay in full or, where offered, in 3 or 6 monthly instalments. The total of every instalment plan is shown before you confirm, and instalment plans cost more in total than paying in full.
Prices are set in US dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative, and the amount charged in another currency depends on the rate used by the payment provider or your bank on the day. Any applicable taxes are charged as required by law.
Instalments are charged automatically on their due dates to the payment method you choose, and stop after the final payment. If a payment fails, we will remind you; if it remains unpaid after a short grace period, your access pauses until it is settled. An instalment plan is a commitment to pay for the whole programme, subject to your rights under the Refund Policy.
Pay only through this website or the member portal. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the later of your purchase date or your intake's start date, as set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces any right to cancel or obtain a refund that the consumer law of your country gives you.
If we cancel or postpone an intake before it starts, you may choose a full refund or a seat in another intake.
Every member has access to the Live Room. Founder's Roundtables, Inner Circle Sessions and The Founder's Seat are unlocked by meeting the published requirements and are subject to the published allowances, which are maximums, not guarantees of a session in any particular period. Sessions are released on a schedule and booked first come, first served.
Time with Dr. Sunday is never sold, is not included as a purchase bonus or a perk of any payment plan or team order, and is never a referral reward or a prize. Not every member will reach small-group or one-to-one time.
The programme is education in business and career skills. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, immigration or medical advice, and nobody in the programme (Dr. Sunday, faculty, Pod Captains, experts, other members or the AI mentor) acts as your adviser. Take decisions that need professional advice to a qualified professional in your country.
We do not promise or guarantee any income, revenue, funding, job, promotion or other result. Your results depend on your effort, your market and your circumstances. Please read the Earnings Disclaimer.
The AI mentor is an artificial intelligence trained on Dr. Sunday's frameworks and the programme's content. It is not Dr. Sunday, it can be wrong, and it does not give professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. Use is subject to a fair-use daily limit.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload, such as workbook answers, evidence for Monthly Proofs and posts. You give us a licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the programme for you (for example, so your Pod Captain can review your workbook).
We show your name, city, photo, pledge, milestones or story publicly only if you opt in, and we feature testimonials only with your separate written consent. You can change your public choices at any time in your profile.
Do not upload other people's personal data, confidential employer information, passwords or full account numbers.
The lessons, workbooks, tools, recordings, frameworks, names and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and to run your own business or career, including adapting templates for your own use. You may not copy, resell, publish, record or share programme materials or live sessions with people outside the programme.
The Code of Conduct applies in pods, live sessions, community spaces and anywhere you represent yourself as a member. We may warn, suspend or remove members who breach it. Where we remove a member for a serious breach, fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
Referral links and the Ambassador programme are optional and governed by the Ambassador Terms. Referrals never affect your progress, certificates or access to Dr. Sunday.
You may stop taking part at any time. Outside the refund window and your statutory rights, stopping does not entitle you to a refund or end an instalment plan.
We may end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. If we end it for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take in your business, career or finances.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. These terms contain no mandatory arbitration clause and no waiver of class proceedings.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects members who have already enrolled, we will tell you in advance, and the version in force when you enrolled continues to govern your current intake unless you agree otherwise or the law requires the change.
