Every enrolled member receives a personal referral link. Anyone aged 18 or over can become an ambassador, with no purchase required. Taking part is optional and separate from membership: it never affects your progress, certificates, levels, Pod Wars or access to Dr. Sunday.
Members earn 10%, and ambassadors 20%, of each payment that settles from people they personally refer, including each instalment of an instalment plan. The current rates are shown in your referral hub, and any change applies only to referrals made after it is announced.
Commission is single-level. You earn only on people you personally refer: there are no overrides, no teams and no commission on anyone else's referrals. Nobody pays to take part, and there are no recruitment targets.
Commission becomes payable only after the refund window for the payment has closed (14 days from the later of the purchase date or the intake's start date) and is cancelled if the payment is refunded or reversed.
A referral is credited when someone enrols within 60 days of last arriving through your link, and the most recent link wins. Self-referrals, referrals of your own household made to obtain commission, and referrals obtained by breaking these terms do not earn commission.
Payable commission is paid to the method you set up in your referral hub, on the schedule shown there, once any minimum payout amount is reached. You are responsible for any tax on what you receive, and we may need tax details before paying you.
Put "I earn a commission if you enrol through my link." next to every link you share, plus #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label where the platform or the law requires it. A disclosure only in your bio, or the words "affiliate link" alone, is not enough.
No income claims, no promises of results, and no suggestion that sharing a link is a way to earn a living. Never promise founder time, a Summit place, a discount or anything the programme does not offer. Use the official kit for facts, prices and images.
Do not run paid ads on the Leverage Mentorship name, Dr. Sunday's name or close variations, and do not create pages, accounts or domains that could be mistaken for ours. Do not spam: send messages only to people who are happy to hear from you, in line with anti-spam laws where you live.
Do not pitch pod-mates or other members without an invitation, and do not target people by ethnicity, nationality or religion.
You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end participation, and withhold unpaid commission connected with the breach, if these terms are broken. Commission already payable for compliant referrals is paid unless the law allows otherwise.
We may change these terms with notice in your referral hub; changes apply to referrals made after the notice.
