Every plan gets the same programme and the same ladder.
A team seat is a full membership, never a shortcut.
Referrals never count towards any requirement.
The Founder's Seat is never a prize. Group-session credits reward implementation only.
In person
The Founder's Seat is virtual by default; at a Leverage Regional Summit it may be held in person, only for members who have already unlocked it, sharing the single allowance with the virtual seat. Roundtables and Inner Circle Sessions may also be hosted at a Summit under the same rules. We never promise that any member will meet Dr. Sunday in person.
Leverage Regional SummitsExtra credits
Pod Wars season winners, the quarterly implementation leaders, Demo Day track winners and consented Hall of Fame stories can earn a one-off credit for a group session (a Roundtable or an Inner Circle). The Founder's Seat is never a credit, prize or reward: it is unlocked by the work alone.
The Empty Gold Chair
The Empty Gold Chair stands beside Dr. Sunday in every campaign live. At the virtual Graduation Gala it is filled by a graduate who earned the Founder's Seat.

Yes. Every member joins the Live Room, 90 minutes live with Dr. Sunday Olorunsheyi every month, plus replays. Dr. Sunday also hosts Opening Night, the Quarter Day keynotes, the Demo Day final and the Graduation Gala.
By doing the work. The Founder's Roundtable (60 minutes, 30 or fewer members) unlocks with Orientation, two core modules, Level 3 and one verified milestone. The Inner Circle Session (75 minutes, 8 or fewer) needs six modules, Level 5, three verified milestones including one results milestone, an 8-week streak and four pod sessions. The Founder's Seat (30 minutes, one to one) needs ten modules, Level 7, five verified milestones including two results milestones and 80% of your workbooks.
No. Inside Leverage Mentorship, nobody can buy a closer seat. The unlock rules are the same for every member and are published in full. Founder time is never a purchase bonus, a payment-plan perk, a team perk, a referral reward or a prize.
A fully engaged member can unlock the Roundtable in Month 2, the Inner Circle around Month 6 and the Founder's Seat around Month 10. A steady member typically reaches the Roundtable around Month 3, the Inner Circle around Months 7-8 and the Founder's Seat around Month 12 or in the 90 days after. Each allowance is a maximum, not a guaranteed slot in every window.
