Show up on time, with your camera on when you can. What is said in the pod stays in the pod. Bring a number, not just a story. Give before you ask. Celebrate wins loudly and treat setbacks as data. Tell your captain early when life gets in the way.
Treat every member, captain, guest and team member with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech and discrimination on any ground (including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age) are not tolerated.
The community is faith-friendly and welcomes people of every faith and none. Share your own beliefs if you wish; never pressure anyone with them.
Share evidence of your work, never income claims, investment offers, guarantees or get-rich language. Do not pitch products, services, investments or your referral link to pod-mates or other members without an invitation. Never ask members for money, loans or investment.
Captains and faculty never sell to members, never pitch investments and earn nothing from referrals of their own pod members.
Do not record, screenshot or share live sessions, pod calls or other members' posts outside the programme. Use initials when you discuss people who are not in the room. Never share anyone's personal or financial details.
If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately. Captains and the AI mentor are not counsellors; they will point you to the right help and to the support team.
Report anything that worries you to your Pod Captain or through Support. You will not be penalised for raising a concern in good faith.
Use AI tools within your employer's policies and the law, never invent facts or testimonials, and label AI-generated images or video that could be mistaken for real. Only share content you have the right to share.
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, give a warning, move a member to another pod, suspend access or end a membership. Serious breaches, such as harassment, fraud or soliciting money, can lead to immediate removal. You can ask the team to review a decision.
